Jennifer Sidel (M.Ed) is a licensed psychotherapist, recognized by the OPQ. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Counselling, along with post-master’s training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the MUHC Allan Memorial Institute.As part of her training, Jennifer has completed several workshops on crisis intervention, trauma counselling, and suicide intervention.
Jennifer has worked with survivors of conjugal violence as well as individuals, couples, and children dealing with all kinds of life problems, including issues relating to self esteem, grief, depression, abortion, stress and anger. She has led workshops and support groups on anger management, self-esteem and healthy relationships. Jennifer’s warmth, sensitivity and professional experience will help you through the tough times, while giving you the necessary tools to create the change you are looking for.
Jennifer is a certified member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists (A.N.N)
