Lisa Modell MSW
Lisa Modell MSW, works from a strengths perspective and believes that, with proper guidance, each individual has the ability to overcome whatever challenges he or she may presently face. She has found that if a client is motivated to reach his or her goals and is open to the possibility of trying a different approach in terms of how he or she thinks and/or behaves, the results are typically quite positive. While each client's pace is different, it is exciting to witness the profound changes that can occur when someone decides that it is time to make a change.

Using the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy as Lisa’s base, her approach incorporates supportive listening and direct guidance. By drawing on the client's existing strengths and introducing new concepts related to self care and personal development, she empowers clients to change their lives by simply changing their perspective.
