Sandra Reich M.Ed, CCC, has been working in the field of Behavioral and Eclectic Therapy for over 10 years. She is a specialist in anxiety, depression, self esteem, emotional work and relationships. She has dedicated herself to understanding behaviors and how they shape our lives, our loves, and our relationships in general. Sandra uses a holistic approach combining many modalities in understanding and mastering human dynamics.

Sandra has done extensive training in these areas and has been featured on Discovery Health Channel, Bravo and Global as an expert on these topics.

She holds a Master’s degree (with honours) in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. Sandra is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).

Maïté Gomez holds a B.Sc. in Psychology (UdeM 1993), a degree in Psycho-Corporelle Intégrée ( Body-mind counselling- Hito 1999), as well as being a Licensed Massage Therapist (Shiatsu & Swedish- Guijek 2000) and an Energy expert. She has dedicated her life to understand the body-mind-spirit connection & the natural healing processes through different modalities.

Maïté is versed in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic approach, Integrated Body-Psychology, Biomechanic Bodywork and Assisted Self Study ( Zen approach into counseling & emotional healing using mindfulness & loving presence).

Cancellation Policies

Empowered Women Groups reserves the right to cancel an event at any time. If Empowered Women cancels a program, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to eight days before event.

Nonrefundable credit toward a future Empowered Women event (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your program or stay. Credit may be applied to any Empowered Women event for one year following date of issue.

No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the event day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend an event and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
