With a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and current registration as a Therapist under the Naturopath designation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to client’s sessions.
In Amanda’s practice, she specializes in working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional support, self-esteem, grief, couples therapy, and behavior issues. Her mission is to guide and empower her clients, fostering a sense of confidence and self-discovery.
Drawing from a diverse set of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatics, person-centered, humanistic, goal-oriented or solution-focused, and strength-based methods, Amanda tailor’s her sessions to meet client’s unique needs and goals.
