Amanda Kane is a passionate therapist committed to creating a warm and supportive space for her client’s journey towards healing and personal growth. With a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and current registration as a Therapist under the Naturopath designation, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to client’s sessions.

In Amanda’s practice, she specializes in working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional support, self-esteem, grief, couples therapy, and behavior issues. Her mission is to guide and empower her clients, fostering a sense of confidence and self-discovery.

Drawing from a diverse set of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatics, person-centered, humanistic, goal-oriented or solution-focused, and strength-based methods, Amanda tailor’s her sessions to meet client’s unique needs and goals.

Amanda believes in the power of asking challenging questions to stimulate growth, while offering unwavering support and equipping you with practical problem-solving tools. She works with her clients carefully exploring the intricate connection between mind and body, working holistically to adapt positive behaviors and beliefs that lead to lasting, transformative change.
