Christyn Greczkowski, M.A. is a clinician with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Youth Work, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.

She takes an eclectic and compassionate approach to therapy, drawing from psychodynamic theory, cognitive-behavioral techniques, person-centered principles, and mindfulness practices. Her background in mental health and life coaching allows her to integrate practical tools and insights tailored to each client’s unique needs.
