Hanna Tsapyk is a candidate for permit of Clinical Psychology registered with the OPQ. Hanna believes successful therapy starts with a warm, caring, open and authentic relationship. She provides client-centred, flexible, and collaborative therapy tailored to client’s goals and needs. Hanna focuses on strengths and values as sources of healing.
Nature of clinical activities: Assessment and diagnosis, intervention, consultation.
Approach: Psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy with particular attention to intercultural intervention.
Hanna deals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, trauma, grief, coping with stressors and personal growth topics. Also, issues related to neurodevelopmental disorders: attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, (ADHD) and intellectual disability
Hanna provides individual therapy to children (6+), adults, as well as couples therapy. She specialises in working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, such as first- and second-generation immigrants, people with mixed cultural heritage, and those with religious background. She offers therapy in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
