Nina holds a Masters in Counselling psychology from Yorkville University .Her goal is to create a good therapeutic relationship with her clients, in a safe environment, and work collaboratively with the client to enhance their efficacy and self-esteem, and to facilitate the desired change. Nina believes in a holistic biopsychosocial approach to therapy and works with different modalities including Cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic therapy and with diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, burnout and life transitions.
