About Nina Hssayki
Nina Hssayki is a c.o. psychotherapist offering individual psychotherapy to clients aged 14 plus navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, attachment patterns, life transitions, and challenges related to ADHD and executive functioning.
Nina’s approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based perspectives. She also draws from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic interventions, and emotion-focused work, adapting therapy to each client’s needs, personality, and goals.
Nina supports clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotional patterns, and the ways past and present relationships may shape how they experience themselves and connect with others.
Nina aims to provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel understood while also being gently challenged toward meaningful change. Therapy with her combines reflection and insight with practical strategies that can be applied outside of the therapy room.
She offer services in English and Arabic.
